Digital Learning and Digital Transformation: An Innovation Creation Source

Based on current practices, the objective of this study is to assess and analyze the status of digital learning in corporate sectors and its role in facilitating emerging processes of digital transformation. The research employs a qualitative methodology, emphasizing the collection and analysis of digital learning data from companies at the global level through available resources, with a specific case study on American companies. Primary findings indicate that traditional learning methods are largely outdated, and e-learning has become an essential necessity for all companies in a world where digital transformation has permeated every sector. The paper concludes with a series of recommendations and avenues for future research.
