Abstract

Organizational change is inevitable in the fast paced and competitive world that we live in today. Organizational change management is the strategic implementation of change, focusing on the reactions and emotions of employees who are affected by it. Organizations must be able to successfully manage change, and they must know how to guide their employees to adjust to change. Managers must keep in mind that change is difficult for a lot of people, even if it is a positive change. Organizational change management will transform an organization from a culture of resistance to one of workplace resilience by providing employees with the ability to process change. It is directly allowing them to seek out what they need to make the transition from current state to future development.
