Journal of Entrepreneurship and Business Resilience: Announcements https://jebr.fimek.edu.rs/index.php/jebr Founded in 2018, the Journal of Entrepreneurship and Business Resilience (JEBR) is a peer-reviewed academic journal that promotes rigorous research and critical analysis in the fields of entrepreneurship and business resilience. It serves as a platform for publishing the results of scientific research from the journal domain. <h3>Publication Frequency</h3> <div>The journal is published semi-annually (June and December) in an electronic English format by the Faculty of Economics and Engineering Management in Novi Sad. It explores the intersection of entrepreneurship and economic resilience — two disciplines increasingly viewed as interdependent.</div> While entrepreneurship drives innovation and economic transformation, resilience reflects the capacity of businesses and economies to adapt to and recover from disruptions. Historically, entrepreneurial activity has played a vital role in mitigating the effects of crises, such as financial downturns and global shocks. JEBR highlights the growing importance of this link, offering a multidisciplinary perspective that combines theoretical frameworks with empirical research. It aims to deepen the understanding of how entrepreneurial initiatives can foster adaptability and how resilient systems can, in turn, sustain entrepreneurship. The journal welcomes contributions on topics such as entrepreneurial strategies in uncertain environments, the role of SMEs in recovery, innovation-led growth, policy frameworks for resilient economies, gender and diversity in leadership, digital entrepreneurship, and cross-country comparisons.
